Yes! My Energy Hub has a number of security measures designed to protect your information. In addition to enforcing a strong password policy and logging users out after a period of inactivity, we further protect your information with a combination of security measures including encryption, firewalls and secure socket layer technology.
Nope. You can always access the portal on your computer or tablet by clicking the login button at the top of the site (or, simply logging in through your propane provider).
Simply click this link to get started. All you’ll need is your account number (available on delivery invoices) and billing ZIP code. If you’re already on your propane supplier’s portal, your previous username and password may work with My Energy Hub. If you need help, just call your customer service representative and they’ll walk you through it!
